City BioClean did an excellent job cleaning my uncle’s apartment!! My uncle has been ill and unable to clean his home and it had REALLY gotten out of hand. However, Steve assured me that his staff would get it clean and back to normal. They came on time and got straight to work and I called my uncle and he was so happy and said they were helping him. Right out the gate, Steve was informative, flexible, understanding and most important of all, kind. The entire staff I interacted with were kind and just PEOPLE. They helped us take a house in complete disarray and disaster from years of mental health and stress letting everything pile up... and turn it into a home again. Steve walked us through each step, and explained what to expect. Daniel, Anna and Nester were all WONDERFUL people to be around and unlike the typical awkwardness of having contractors working on your house, they were comforting to have around. Every person was bright, cheerful, helpful and hardworking. They made such an awful, stressful and depressing situation for us surprisingly something of a silver lining in that I got to know and work with them. Steve, Daniel, Anna, Nester... THANK you. Steve and his team did a very thorough job of deep cleaning my 91 year old mother’s home. The house is old and she has lived there a very long time. They handled her precious belongings with care. The most important thing to me was how they handled my mother who was very reluctant to have strangers cleaning her home. They were kind, patient and reassuring . While other companies may do a good job of cleaning, the personal touch is what sets City BioClean apart.

I had a family member lose the ability to care for the upkeep of her home and the animals that lives there. The animal waste/dirt buildup that was left in this home made the living conditions nearly unbearable. Steve was transparent from the first contact. He and his team were flexible with scheduling and made getting everything set up seamless. The team made what I thought was impossible, possible. The team cleared out soiled items and cleaned the house top to bottom with the upmost respect and dignity towards the home and the home owner. From the very first contact with the owner at City BioClean, I was sold on their services. Steve was very personable, understanding, and professional. We needed two vehicles cleaned after transporting someone with a highly infectious disease. Steve did everything he could to make sure we were properly taken care of and at a price we could afford. The team came the next day to clean the vehicles. They were very thorough and even tried to scrub out a couple of really old stains that had nothing to do with the infection. They were very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. City BioClean will be the first ones I call if I ever need this type of service again.

I was referred to The owner of Bio clean from Valor cleaners. I explained to him that my mother was a victim of elderly and financial abuse. He said he does this for a living because he wants to help people. I was put to ease by his honesty . The house was vandalized and there were squatters doing drugs in the house. He came in with his crew and they cleaned the house from top to bottom and removed all debris and trash. I was grateful because there was a time crunch to get my mother back into her home. He made the process seamless and was professional and kind. I would recommend him to anyone.

They worked from 9:30 to 7:45 to clean our family member’s small Apartment out from top to bottom. They carried out probably close to 200 bags of trash including some furniture. Then they cleaned and sanitized the entire Apartment and the items that we kept. This company is amazing and very professional. I hope not to have to use them again but if needed I wouldn’t think twice to call them again.

I reached out to City BioClean to get an estimate on a cleaning job for a friend. Steve Immediately responded…on a Saturday! I sent him some pictures of the job and gave him some basic information. He gave me pricing and an estimate for how long it would take. We set up the job date and time, with thankfully only a few days to wait. Steve was very communicative the day of, keeping me posted as to the cleaners arrival, as they were coming from another job. He also checked in while the cleaners were there, letting me know how it was going since I wasn’t onsite.The cleaners did an amazing job and this was no easy task. The before and after is impressive.
